Also enclosed is an email from Kathryn Bolduc, Co -Trustee of the adjacent property, 204 South Street, providing a statement supporting the proposed pier location shown on the November 1, 2024 plan that was reviewed by the Waterways Committee. The plan included with the NOI had a 5 ft. north shift to the proposed pier location with a 15 ft. offset. The parties now support the Nov. 1, 2024 plan with the 20 ft. offset.
