To the Conservation Commission,
Attached please find a plan dated l l/l /2024 revised March 13, 2025 to show the coir /
sand lift details. Also enclosed is an email from Kathryn Bolduc, Co -Trustee of the
adjacent property, 204 South Street, providing a statement supporting the proposed pier
location shown on the November 1, 2024 plan that was reviewed by the Waterways
Committee.
The plan included with the NOI had a 5 ft. north shift to the proposed pier location with a
15 ft. offset. The parties now support the Nov. 1, 2024 plan with the 20 ft. offset.

To the Yarmouth Waterways Committee / Yarmouth Conservation Committee,
Reilly Bass River Realty, LLC as owner of 204 South St., South Yarmouth has reviewed the
dock plan for 206 South St., South Yarmouth by Cape Cod Engineering dated November 1,
2024. We have no objection with the facility being located where shown, within 25 ft of our
common lot line.
