I, as an abutter, am apposed to his requests for the following reasons: 1. The applicant in the past have parked a my in front of the hydrant located infront of his house for long periods of time, causing the Yarmouth Police to be notified of his infractions. This was such a serious Hazzard which would have impeded local fire department from knocking down a fire of any structure on Bliscott Ave if such an incident had occurred. If one cannot park their vehicle on Main Street, they certainty cannot be allowed to park their vehicle in front of a hydrant on Bliscott Ave. 2. It has been an ongoing issue of the applicant having a utility trailer full of construction debris as well as such debris piled on his property causing an eye sore as well as a safety hazard for other residents and their guests living on Bliscott Ave. The applicant has shown continous disregard for the safety of other residents as well as the esthetics of the neighborhood. I strongly believe that if the applicant is given a reversal of the Commissions' decision and/or his request for such waiver, the safety and welfare of other abutters or their guest will be in peril.
