Overall Remarks:
03/14-spoke with owner Paxti Breton who sent
videos and pictures of items that needed to be
addressed in both units. 18, mold cleaned and
repainted, cabinets repaired, backsplash repaired,
area next to stove with heat resistant backsplash.
20-repainted stain on living room ceiling.
Added/relocated smoke detectors as required.
18-with those fixes, now meets 105 CMR 4100
Minimum standards of fitness for human
habitation (State sanitary code, Chapter II )
