Dear Commissioners:
We received the Notice of Intent (N01) by William Hearn to replace and elevate (in height) an existing coastal
wooden retaining wall with fill and associated ramp to access the permitted pier along the Bass River to combat
increasing coastal flooding and address degradation of the existing structure at 104 River Street in the Town of
Yarmouth.
MA DMF is requesting an extension to provide comments on this project. We will be able to provide comments
on or before April 2, 2025.
