Dear Sir or Madam:
INGHOUSE has reviewed the Cove Resort related to 5-year-Egress structrual conditions on
Wednesday,April 26th,2024 and in accordance with Massachusetts State Building Code,780
CMR, 10th Edition,Section 1001.2.2(MA amendments). Repairs were reviewed via.
submitted photos by the Cove to INGHOUSE during the spring of 2025.
Accordingly,we have found the structural conditions acceptable,and recommend the renewed
issue of a 5-year-egress compliance certificate.
