We have found the egress related structural systems to be in adequate condition. We have noticed minor maintenance repair items, which we recommend to be repaired (Please refer to the enclosed photo documentation.) Please note, that the section of deteriorated perimeter joist indicated in our photo documentation are not `structural load bearing' members, as the 2nd floor system is a cantilever frame supported by the building's 1st story walls. We recommend that the town of Yarmouth issues the renewal certification for 5-year- egress, in accordance with Massachusetts State Building Code, 780 CMR, 10th Edition, Section 1001.2.2 (MA amendments).
