BOARD OF APPEALS
Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
It has come to my attention that an abutter residing at 19 Bliscott Avenue is in violation of Section
401.1.2 of the Town of Yarmouth Zoning By Laws and is seeking a variance to allow storage of a
utility trailer on the property. I cannot be at the meeting on March 27, 2025, but I would like to offer
some input.
The trailer is unsightly, a hazard and a detriment to a quiet residential neighborhood. If a variance is
granted it could set a precedent.
Our street has small lots, and the street itself is narrow with limited parking. It is not in the residents'
best interest to have a neighborhood become congested with utility trailers.
Please consider this when making your decision and deny the variance for a certified plot plan waiver
and allowance of utility trailer to be stored on property.
