County Registry of Deeds in Book 5393, page 102, as amended, together with an undivided

Subject to and with the benefit ofthose provisions set forth in the Master Deed and Declaration
Of Trust.

This conveyance is made pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws e.156D, §14.05, as part of
the winding up of the affairs of the Grantor corporation, and the transfer of this property to its
shareholders, who are the named Grantees.
