I, Jon Frederick Tolley, do depose and state under the pains and penalties of perjury as
follows:
1. 1 am over the age of 18, of sound mind, and the facts contained in this affidavit are
of my own personal knowledge.
2. 1 reside at 23 Iroquois Boulevard, West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, which has been
my personal residence since I inherited it from my parents in 1999. This is the house
I grew up in and have lived in my entire life.
3. lam a fisherman and since I was little, I've been involved in catching and selling
fish, shellfish, and lobsters.
4. Since about 1975, I've made a living selling the fish, shellfish, and lobsters that I
catch at the residence at 23 Iroquois Blvd.
5. My father, Frederick ("Fred") W. Tolley, purchased 23 Iroquois Boulevard on
December 27, 1957.
6. My father was a fisherman his whole life, and when he moved to 23 Iroquois Blvd, he
started selling his catch from his house.
7. My father sold fish, shellfish, and lobsters at 23 Iroquois Blvd continuously and
regularly for approximately 30 years, from when he bought 23 Iroquois Blvd in 1957
to 1989.
8. I started helping my father fish when I was little, maybe about 3 years old, This was
my start in the fishing business, and I learned everything I know about fishing from
my father.
9_ 1 really got involved in running the business in about 1975, and I've been catching
and selling fish, shellfish, and lobsters from 23 Iroquois Blvd ever since.
