Detailed Description and Reason for Proposed Work:
We have huge trees surrounding our property that leaves us fearful of them coming down
during a storm and injuring someone or causing damage to the house. We believe if these
trees are not either removed or trimmed it is a life threatening situation.

Administrative Approval: Submit a report from a certified arborist showing that the pitch pine closest to
the house is hazardous. Once submitted,it may be removed by flush cutting,with the stump to remain.
Replacement is required with at least two approved native trees (list attached,recommend oak or
eastern red cedar) sized at least 1.5-2 caliper inches.The replacement tree will be planted anywhere on
the property west of the original tree.
