Chapter 131. Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143, on April 3, 2025. beginning at 5 p.m. for the following matters: Notice of Intent William Hearn 104 River Street Proposed replacement and elevation (in height) of an existing coastal wooden retaining wall with fill and associated ramp to access the permitted pier on land under the ocean, land containing shellfish, river - front area, coastal bank, and LSCSF. Peter Fairbanks, 41 Uncle Roberts Road, Proposed replace- ment of existing wooden walkway with a 3.5' wide Mobi Beach Mat and construction of stairs and deck in coastal dune and LSCSF. Matt Snoap, 50 Powers Lane, Proposed lifting an existing house and installing new foundation, also construction of addition with crawl space, stormwater chambers, patio, handicap ramps, and retaining wall in LSCSF and buffer zone to coastal dune. The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28. South Yarmouth, MA.
