Unit is shown on floor plans filed simultaneously with said Master Deed in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds and on the copy of the portion of said plans attached to deed recorded at Book 3389, Page 217. Said unit is conveyed together with an undivided fractional interest in the common areas and facilities of the property described in said Master Deed, as amended, and an exclusive right to use the parking spot ##9 adjacent to said unit. This transfer does not constitute all or substantially all of the assets owned by the corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
