Please be advised that this office represents the Applicant in Petition #5169,
regarding the property at 759 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA.
The matter is scheduled to be heard by the Board on Thursday, April 10.2025.
I have been informed that my client has been unable to find the necessary seasonal
employees scheduled to work in the Town of Yarmouth.
On behalf of my client, we would like to request that Petition #5169 be withdrawn
without prejudice at this time.
