Hi again Brian - Here is the conversation I mentioned with TOY confirming that we can continue with max occupancy 8 while the sewer work is done. Thanks so much Jay - TOY really was fantastic today. I got my questions answered by both you and Laura quickly, and everything is so reasonable! I know this sewer work is going to be very disruptive, but it will be so worth it in the end! - A ----------------------------- Anne Savage savageanne@gmail.com <mailto:savageanne@gmail.com> Cell: 518-522-6494 Fax: 631.534.6620 On Thu, Jul 6, 2023 at 11:26 AM Gardiner, Jay <JGardiner@yarmouth.ma.us <mailto:JGardiner@yarmouth.ma.us> > wrote: Anne, Yes, you will continue as is until / when the sewer is installed and available for you to connect. Hey Jay - Thanks again for the incredibly helpful conversation earlier today. I just hung up with Laura at DPW who confirmed that we are in Phase 2! That’s great news and means most likely we are going to be able to hook up in 10 years or less. Based on my conversation with you my understanding is that the health dept rental permit which currently allows max occupancy of 8 can be continued until the sewer comes this way - assuming of course that my septic continues to work well - as it is right now. Is that right? Please let me know if I’ve misunderstood. - Anne 518-522-6494 -- ——— Anne
