Administrative Approval:
The dead tree may be removed by flush cutting with the stump to remain. It must be replaced
by two trees from the approved native trees list (list attached, recommend oak or eastern red
cedar) sized at least 1.5-2 caliper inches. The new trees may be planted anywhere east
(closer to the water) of the retaining wall in the back yard.
This approval is valid for one year. This Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive privileges; it does not
authorize any injury to private property or invasion of property.
