The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on April 17,
2025, beginning at 5 p.m. for
the following matters:
Notice of Intent
John and Carolyn
McGillicuddy., 2 Powers
Lane, Proposed addition,
patio, and relocation of
driveway in LSCSF and the
buffer zones to coastal dune,
coastal bank, and BVW..
Keith and Clare Felton, 61
Baker Road, Proposed
garage and driveway in the
Buffer Zone to a Bordering
Vegetated Wetland.
Clifford Betron, 9 Flakeyard
Lane, Proposed extension
and raising of a stone revet-
ment and stairway modifica-
tion in the velocity flood zone
and coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. Specific information for

the public and/or parties with
a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting can be

meeting.
