(BSC) is pleased to submit this Request to for Certificate of Compliance (RCOC) on behalf of our client, Stephen Bickerton, the Applicant, for the property located at 122 Exeter Road in Yarmouth (the Site). The permitted project at the Site included a proposed flood zone compliant house with deck and driveway within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. On April 8, 2025, BSC conducted an inspection to confirm the current condition of the Site. All work associated with the single-family dwelling, mitigation planting areas and site work were found to be in significant compliance with the Order of Conditions (OOC), DEP File #SE083-2328, issued on 4/6/2022. Attached please find the attached WPA Form 8A and site photos. This application is being submitted in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Yarmouth Wetlands Protection By-law.
