Please find in the following the second of 6 reports for the above-referenced project. The approved bank stabilization / vegetative project installed early December 2024 is stable having
made it through a hard winter without significant ice impacts. Planted with seasonably available approved plant material as available at installation will be further augmented with
additional approved vegetation during 2025. The restoration area is intact and stabilized consistently with the approved order of conditions. Continued monthly site visits are planned
throughout the growing season, especially after significant weather events.
