Hi Lisa, I find this very hard to fallow, but given the remote location, the fact that this seems harmless enough, and that I've made the resident wait, I will approve the exemption request. -ARlM OUTH TOWN CLERK RE APR 15'25 PM4:08 On Apr 1, 2025, at 2:57 PM, Sherman, Lisa <LSherman@yarmouth.ma.us> wrote: The resident brought in pictures of the fence and the plot plan to show what he's asking for. Hi Lisa, Could the resident supply us with a plot plan, showing the location of the existing and proposed fences in relationship to the house? Bob MI-INWA APR 15 7025 On Mar 25, 2025, at 12:15 PM, Sherman, Lisa Old King's Highway <L hermanLd)arm uth.ma.us>wrote: Historic District Another question for you: resident would like to add a 3-foot fence on his side yards. The fence will stay behind the front fagade. There is already a 6-foot fence across the back property line. I know this request would normally be an exemption. But he wants a small section in the left corner where the old and new fences will meet that will have a small section on the side of 6-foot stockade. There is a large bush/tree there that he wants to block with the small 6-foot section, then it will taper down to the 3- foot section. The other side will taper from the 6-foot 2 25-E037 fence across the back to the 3 foot section at the corner. I hope that makes sense! Would this qualify as an exemption, with the small section of 6-foot fence? Thanks Bob!
