Hi Lisa,
What had me confused was the language below the image of the sign: "CLIENT EXISTING SIGN FROM
PRIOR LOCATION"
So I checked out 939 on Google Maps. Now I realize that this business has moved into the building
previously occupied by "RITUAL."
Inasmuch as the "Fleeting Moments"sign is not facing 6A and is nearly identical in size and color(s)
to the "RITUAL." sign, I will approve the application.
