In January 2023, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above - referenced site, for the raze and replace of an existing single-family home. A site visit was made to review site conditions relative to the Order. The proposed work was found to be constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions. Plan deviations were corrected onsite per staked points exactly meeting the approved drawing alignments. An updated as -built site plan and photos are enclosed for review. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
