On Behalf of the Applicant, a Continuance to the July 17, 2025, Conservation
Commission meeting is respectfully requested for the Certificate of
Compliance Request that was submitted by Down Cape Engineering, Inc, and
discussed at the January 2, 2025, meeting.

The beach grass planting is still expected to be completed this spring; however,
the landscaper for Great Island Ocean Club (GIOC) delayed installation due to
the cold early April weather, and it may not be planted prior to the May I"
meeting.
