BOARD OF APPEALS
Good afternoon MJ,
The KWCT board approved your AMC request to
add a deck at the back of your unit. You may
proceed with the work as presented. A grant will
be written up to file with the Barnstable Land
Court. Once the grant is ready, I will ask you to
come into the office to sign off on it. If you own
your unit individually, it will cost $400 for us to file
the grant with the Land Court. If your unit id under
a trust, it will cost $600. Please bring the check
when you come to sign the grant.
