Dear Grylls,
This letter is to confirm that I have been onsite for the prefabricated building erection. Based on my observations it
is my professional opinion that the building erection has been completed in accordance with the plans prepared by Star
Building Systems dated February 20, 2024, the International Building Code (IBC 2015) with Massachusetts State Building
Code Amendments (9th Edition), and generally accepted construction practice. If you have any questions concerning this
letter or if I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
