At least one of the four trees evaluated on our site visit must remain.The tree next to the cedar by the
property edge may be removed.If any of the others are removed they must be replaced with a tree
from the approved plant list.Trees shall be removed by flush cutting,with the stumps to remain.The
work should be done by an approved professional with experience working in wetland resource areas.
This approval is valid for one year. This Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive privileges;it does not
authorize any injury to private property or invasion of property.
