Dear Mr. Knepper,
The Building Department has received your letter dated February 4,2019,which was in response to the meeting that took place
here on January 29,2019. The letter you provided shows that you have 2 commercial trucks,and 2 trailers. In this meeting it
was mentioned that you are allowed to have one work related truck&trailer that can be stored at your residence.Any additional
equipment would need to be stored at an aapEexiate location.
Please advise as to how you will bring this property into compliance with The Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaws.

5.We do Not Currently Have Any Staff Employed at This Time, As lam the Owner and Sole
Operator Conducting Buiness out Side The aboved formentioned property.Their is no Traffic of
other People Comming and going with relation to this Buisness with the excecption of Myself
the Owner or My Famliy.
6. At no time under any circumstances is their any Hazardous Material stored on this Property.
