The following are facts in the case: Property Address of Alleged Violation: 6 Dauphine Drive, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 Property Owners Name (s): Nicholas and Tiffany Callahan Property Owners Mailing Address: 6 Dauphine Drive, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 Description of Complaint: • Running a business (Callahan Dump Runs)from the property to which is equipment (trailers) is stored and visible. • Trailers filled with waste stored at time, mostly overnight. • Trailers placed on Belvedere Road at times. • Business Signs placed on property. • Business Signs placed at the entrance of"Whaling Port" on Center Street advertising. o These signs were removed by an owner within "Whaling Port" and approached Nick about them.
