Shipley ) Defendant ) MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION Now comes Alan M. Shipley to deliver to this honorable court a motion to reconsider the judgement against me on December 27, 2024. I was denied a speedy trial by jury of my peers for a reason, given during that speedy trial, that was form over substance. Though Your Honor announced that my right to a speedy trial would be provided, a trial by jury was denied for lack of a form to fill out for a jury. I announced via telephone to the court clerk that I demanded a trial by jury. I also stated that I wanted a trial by jury to three other clerks in person. None of them told me I had to fill out a form for a jury. Nor does it say in the U.S. Constitution, Amendment VI that I need to fill out a form to have a speedy trial by jury. Therefore, I request that this judgment be reconsidered and allow me to enjoy my right to a speedy trial by jury of my peers. Furthermore, the witness that observed the "alleged" criminal activity was not at the pretrial conference or the trial. I am not a criminal. With all due respect,Your Honor,I am a law-abiding citizen and I demand my right to a trial by jury of my peers to prove I am not a criminal. Alan M.
