COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on May 1, 2025,
beginning at 5 p.m. for the
following matters:
Notice of Intent
Will Rubinstein, Camp
Wingate -Kirkland Elisha's
Pond. Proposed treatment of
invasive hydri I la through
chemical and physical
means within Elisha's Pond,
a great pond.
James Morris, 4 Marsh
Point. Proposed porch and
entry addition in the buffer
zones to salt marsh and
coastal bank.
Thomas and Paulette
Moran, 20 Mill Lane.
Proposed additions, patio,
and new septic system in the
buffer zones to a BVW and
coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. Specific information for
participation by members of
the public and/or parties with
a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting can be
found within the posted
agenda on the town's website
at

hours in advance of the
meeting.
