want to replace the current fence/posts separating our property from 14-16 gu!!s cove rd. The
existing fence was put in by 14-16 gulls cove road owners significantly set into our land. Our
neighbors plan to sell their property soon so we want to make sure the new fence represents
the real property line. Our plan is to install the same style fence [diagonal lattice fence (total
height: 6 ft) starting approximately 8 feet from end of driveway to the same length as the
recently approved fence which would be about 10feet away from the end of the property line
and marsh. This fence length would be 80 feet on this side.
