Replace existing 10x10 shed with a new 10x14 Reeds Ferry Shed. Existing shed will be
demolished and disposed of at Yarmouth Waste. The homeowner will prepare the site with a
box formed of (2)2 in. x 8 in. x 16 ft. Prime Ground Contact Pressure-Treated Southern
Yellow Pine Lumber and (2) 2in. x. 8 in . x 12 ft. Prime Ground Contact Pressure-Treated
Southern Yellow Pine Lumber. lnside the box will be 4-6 inches of crushed stone for drainage
and settlement.
