driveway, go down through back garden, cross Hockanom Road, and 50'into the Marsh area

Administrative Approval: The pole will be installed on27L Hockanom rd and not on the town owned parcel to the north.
No machines are allowed in the marsh at any time. lf any damage is done to wetland
resources during the installation, it will be returned to its previous conditions, as determined
by the Conservation department.
This approval is valid for one year. This Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive privileges; it does not
authorize any injury to private property or invasion of property.
