CONSERVATION
COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on May 15, 2025,
beginning at 5 p.m. for the
following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Michael Denaro, 86 Crowell
Road. Proposed full second
floor addition within the foot-
print of an existing garage in
LSCSF and the buffer zone to
a BVW.
Town of Yarmouth, Buck
Island Road between Town
Brook and Higgins Crowell
Roads. Proposed construc-
tion of half a mile of side-
walk, including curb ramps
and crosswalks, in riverfront
area.
Notice of Intent
Town of Yarmouth 220 South
Street (Smuggler's/S.
Middle/Judan Way).
Proposed beach manage-
ment including maintenance,
raking, and fencing on a
coastal beach and LSCSF
James McCarney, 27 Grist
Mill. After -the -fact filing for
unpermitted patio, retaining
walls, and fill in the buffer
zones to a salt marsh and
flood zone.
Yarmouth Shores Condo-
minium Association, 29
Lewis bay Blvd. Proposed
replacement of revetment
and wooden ramps on
coastal bank, land under the
ocean, and LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. Specific information for

the public and/or parties with
a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting can be

meeting.
