No work should be allowed to continue on town owned conservation land. If invasives spread onto their property, they can
manage them then.
Exposed soil in many areas,I would suggest continueing until June so ground coverage can be assessed during growing
season.

Storms damaged dock January 2024, it was rebuilt in place on 1/1/24. EO sent to remove newly built dock as it is
unpermitted.
Recommend NOI be filed to permit any dock
Spoke with DEP Waterways- application was sent in for a simple approval before interim approval expired in November,
open for comment currently until Feb 10.

waterways. floats ground at low tide, and is on the property of 59 oyster cove road.
