Representative Michael Talbot, Environme work was to be carried out by lisenced professionals, it was done by the homeowners. No work should be allowed to continue on town owned conservation land. If invasives spread onto their property, they can manage them then. Exposed soil in many areas,I would suggest continueing until June so ground coverage can be assessed during growing season.
