Dear Commissioners:
The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) has reviewed the Notice of Intent (NOI) by Rosangela Caloiero to remove an existing pier, gangway, and float and construct a new
pier, gangway, and floats in a new footprint within the Bass River at 59 Oyster Cove Road in the Town of Yarmouth. The project was reviewed with respect to potential impacts to marine
fisheries resources and habitat.
