There is not a new application – I observed that they had not properly notified all abutters, land owners, and easement holders, as required by the Waterways Regulations. I have not received proof of notification from this recent round of mailings – I will review once they are submitted. We have your comments from last year and they will be taken into account before a license decision is made. I have attached all of the application documents here. At this time the applicant has been advised that they would need to either provide legal evidence of authority to apply for a c.91 license to construct and maintain a dock on your property, or they would need to obtain your signature of authorization on our application "Proof of Signature" form (which you have stated you do not intend to provide). You may wish to check in with us regularly for an update on the status and whether any additional information has been provided by the applicant. However, you would be copied on any decision by the Department as the property owner and a commenter. We received an additional public notice from the above referenced application late last week via registered mail. We would like to know why and if we need to take any additional action as the land owners of the property to block this application. We will not be signing our name to their application if they submit one as the land owners to approve this. Below is what we received and it appears to be mostly the same as previously. We did notice that the Notification date our receipt of it were over a month in difference thus eliminating our ability to again comment. Thank you for your review.
