Hello Brittany, did you find any records on this or did you just send the general link. I did not find anything in the link Do you know if they are any records for this site. It unusual as #56 owns both lot 12 and the beach area and built the dock on lot 12 in 1992. The plan says existing dock on the beach area on that plan.
