Dear Brittany:
Please find attached a letter requesting that the above-referenced matter be continued from tonight to a date in February (February 1, 8, 15 or 22).
The reasons for the request are that I was only recently retained and need some time to get up to speed on the case and, in addition, I have a scheduling conflict as I am scheduled to
be at the Dennis Conservation Commission tonight at 6:00.
In light of the foregoing, can this matter be continued to one of the dates in February that I have proposed?
