Hello,
Juist an update that I did not receive a NOI application last week on the filing deadline, I will reach out to see what their plan is to comply with the Enforcement Order. The dock has
not been removed.

Hi Brendan,
They have retained a lawyer and requested a continuance to Feb 1, 2023 so that he can get up to speed. I will let you know the outcome of that meeting.

Hi Brittany,
I wanted to check in and see if this matter was heard by the Commission last week, and if so, what was the outcome?
Thanks for your help.

February (February 1, 8, 15 or 22).
The reasons for the request are that I was only recently retained and need some time to get up to speed on the case and, in addition, I have a scheduling conflict as I am scheduled to
be at the Dennis Conservation Commission tonight at 6:00.
In light of the foregoing, can this matter be continued to one of the dates in February that I have proposed?
Thank you for your courtesy and consideration.
