Home My WebLink AboutRE PierEnforcement - Oyster Cove Road Yarmouth 4.10Hi Brendan, Yes, the applicant has requested a superseding OOC from the DEP wetlands claiming a public hearing was not held within 21 days (the commission did not have a quorum on the first hearing date, so it was continued). That is ongoing and waiting to hear back from DEP with their decision. They did not appeal under the bylaw, so the bylaw hearing was held, and the commission issued a bylaw only decision to deny the dock application and a subsequent enforcement order to remove the existing unpermitted dock which will be heard and likely ratified at our next meeting on April 17. I will let you know if I learn more!
