As residents and owners of 35 Oyster Cove Road, we are in opposition to the proposed dock application for Rosangela Caloiero @ 59 Oyster Cove Rd because we have equal rights as the applicant for the Beach Access Area in our deeds and it would infringe upon our same Dominant Easement Holder right which she sites in her application.
