I got your voicemail; I have attached a copy of the enforcement order and will mail it to the provided address as well. Since the dock is unpermitted, the rebuilding is not allowed and
is a violation of the Wetlands Protection Act and Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw. The Enforcement order requires the docks removal and attendance at the January 18 Conservation Commission meeting.
