The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled an on-site meeting regarding the above-referenced file for all concerned parties to properly evaluate the proposed
project and issue an appropriate Superseding Order imposing such conditions as will contribute to the protection of the interests of the Wetlands Protection Act.
Said meeting has been scheduled for Thurs, May 15, 2025, at 10:30 am.
In order to expedite the Department's review of the project, it is recommended that you have the wetland resource areas and significant project components identified in the field at
the time of the scheduled onsite meeting.
Please bring a full-sized plan set for review and to add to the Department’s file.
