This office represents Greg Bilezikian as manager of GCB 169 Route 6A, LLC,
record owner of the property located at 169 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675
("Subject Property"), which is subject to the above -noted Applications.
I write to request a continuance of these Applications from April 28, 2025, to May
12, 2025. The purpose of the continuance is to gather additional relevant
evidence and materials related to both Applications.
