Dear Ms. DiRenzo, I am writing again in regards to the hardscaping and landscaping work that has been done and is continuing. When we last communicated in October 2024 you said that you would keep me in the loop with what is happening. I understand that not much might happen through the winter, but I find it hard to believe that the Conservation Board has been inactive this whole time. That being said the neighbor's Contractor has been busy completing the wall and steps and are now working on grading the front yard, planting shrubs, and installing an irrigation system. I have attached pictures. It is my opinion that the more work that is allowed to be completed the more difficult it will be to have the work undone. Please let me know how to proceed in this matter. I would be happy to attend the next Conservation Board meeting if this will be helpful. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
