Every building in a public place or private way within the Town of Yarmouth shall be provided
with a clear and legible street number placed in such manner as to be clearly visible from
such ways.
§ 71_2_ Determination of numbers_
The Town Engineer shall determine the atnamt numbers to be ommiQnad to all buildings
located on public mr private ways.

All street numbers shall be affixed to the front of the buildings within one year of the effective
date of this chapter. All new buildings mrmobad or located in the Town must have street
numbers affixed by the date ofoccupancy.

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or who unlawfully
removmm, defaces or changes a number affixed to o building under this chapter shall be
punished bym fine of not more than *3OU for each offense.
