Dear Ekaterina & Family, LLC,
The Yarmouth Conservation Commission are in receipt of your Stormwater Permit Application for 1272, 1276
and 1282 Route 28, submitted for Ekaterina & Family LLC, under Town of Yarmouth By-law Chapter 145. As
of this date, May 19, 2025, your application is deemed administratively complete.
The Conservation Commission has sought peer review services to assist with review of the application. The
Commission plans to engage Comprehensive Environmental Inc. to provide this service. The scope of work and
the associated costs are detailed in the attached proposal for your information.
Please submit $3,500 in full to the Town of Yarmouth within ten (10) business days of this notice. The fee must
be received prior to the initiation of consulting services. Funds received pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 44 §53G shall
be deposited with the Town of Yarmouth Treasurer, who shall establish a special account for this purpose. The
Commission may request additional fees if review requires larger expenditure than originally anticipated or new
information requires additional consultant services.
The consultant has committed to having review comments available within one month of authorization to
proceed. To authorize the review, the peer review funds must be received by the Town. We will therefore
schedule this item to tentatively appear on the Conservation Commission meeting for July 3, 2025, but the
hearing will not be closed until the peer review process is complete and the consultant finds the application in
compliance with the stormwater bylaw. A second review may be required if additional information is provided.
