In regard to the hearing this evening 5/22/25 on The Harborside Suites appeal for a change in use
to seasonal worker housing I respectfully submit my opposition to this change. As a 50 year resident
of the Town of Yarmouth I have a vested interest in seeing that the public tranquility is maintained for
residents and visitors. Recent illegal gun sales at The Yarmouth Resort highlight my concern. Please
deny this appeal in the interest of public safety, and require the owner to operate as a licensed
innholder, which contributes to state and local excise tax.
