NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, May 12, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness pursuant
to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at 7:15pm
at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: httos.//If.Yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 25-AO51 Thomas Moran (Owner) and Starbuck Construction Services (Agent): To remove sunroom and
replace windows, roof, sidewall, and garage doors at 20 Mill Lane
2. 25-AO52 Julie Dunakin (Owner) and Cape Home Designs Inc. (Agent): Relocate addition to the rear of
the house at 10 Nickerson Farm Way
3. 25-AO53 Kelly McGuill (Owner) and Lewis Bay Builders (Agent): To replace roof, siding, trim, deck
boards, doors, windows, and decorative posts and paint house white at 189 Center Street
4. 25-AO54 Monica Smith (Owner) and PIugPV LLC (Agent): To install 27 solar panels on the front, side, and
rear roofs at 12 April Way
5. 25-AOSS Steve and Susan Mill (Owners) and Niche Fencing (Agent): To replace fence at 87 Eileen Street
6. 25-AO56 Lauren Gabrielle and Steve Diforio (Owners) and Shoreline Pools Inc. (Agent): To install a pool
fence and outdoor shower enclosure at 25 Nicholas Drive
7. 25-AO57 Mary Manning and John Reizian (Owners) and My Generation Energy (Agent): To install 26
solar panels on the front and rear roofs at 60 Bray Farm Road North
8. 25-AO58 Benjamin Sacco (Owner) and Pella Windows and Doors (Agent): To replace 9 windows and
one sliding patio door at 19 Union Street
