The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act., M.G.L. Chapter 131.,
Section 40., and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw.,
Chapter 143; on June 5., 2025,
beginning at 5 p.m. for the
following matters:
Notice of Intent
Dennis and Darcie Macdon-
ald, 25 Sagamore rd.
Proposed raze and replace of
a single family dwelling in
LSCSF., with after the fact
filing for tree removal.
Mark and Julie Haley 2
Andrina Rd. Proposed raze
and replace of a single
family dwelling in the buffer
zone to a coastal bank.
Henry Kasdon., 1129 Great
Island rd. Proposed new
dwelling and guest house in
the buffer zones to a coastal
bank and BVW., with stairs to
a coastal beach in the veloc-
ity flood zone and coastal
bank
Aleksandr Nemanov., 2
Buttercup Ln. Proposed new
dock on Follins Pond within
LSCSF., riverf ront area.,
coastal bank., salt marsh.,
land containing shellfish., and
land under the ocean.
Christos Kounadis., 50
Heritage Dr. Proposed addi-
tions, garage, pool, rinse
station., deck expansion and
septic upgrade within the
riverfront area., LSCSF., and
buffer zone to a bordering
vegetated wetland.

Route 28., South Yarmouth.,
